Who operates this service

Platerraform is operated by Tondro Group, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia ("we"). This policy covers the platerraform.com website and the applications we operate on its subdomains.

What we collect

The public website collects nothing beyond standard server logs (IP address, time, requested page) kept for security. The invitation-only applications process business records that our companies and their staff enter — bookings, work reports, approvals — plus account identifiers needed to sign in.

Google user data

Where a connected Google service (such as Google Ads) authorizes us via OAuth, we access only the scopes granted, use them solely to operate advertising and reporting for our own companies, and never sell or transfer that data to third parties. Access can be revoked at any time from your Google account permissions.

Cookies and tracking

The public website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Applications use session cookies strictly for sign-in.

Retention and security

Business records are retained for as long as the operating company needs them and as law requires. Data is stored on infrastructure we control, encrypted in transit, with access limited to authorized staff.
